YAD Connect is an internal business tool owned and operated by Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD Developments). Our customer-service and sales team uses it to answer messages and comments sent to our official Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp numbers. It is not a public app; only company staff can sign in.

• Messages (and their attachments) you send to our Pages on Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp.
• Comments you post on our posts and ads.
• Your name, profile picture and page-scoped ID, as provided by Meta.
• Information you choose to give us in lead forms or in the chat, such as phone number, email or the project you are interested in.
• The ad that brought you to us (campaign and ad name), to measure which ads bring customers.

• To answer your questions about our projects and units and follow up on your request.
• To route you to the right sales representative.
• To measure and improve our advertising. We send aggregated conversion events (such as "new lead" or "reservation") to Meta's Conversions API, with personal data hashed (SHA-256).

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for anything other than communicating with you about your request and our products.

Data is stored on a server operated by the company. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), access tokens and keys are stored encrypted (AES-256), staff access is role-based, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

We keep conversations while we have a relationship with you and for at most 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
